Sunny Autumn Day

A lovely bright sunny day but very chilly. Must think about digging out those gloves & scarves.

Mab, our Old English Sheepdog has gone off to the doggy hairdressers this morning. She looks lovely with her long, fluffy coat and it's obviously ideal for winter but she suffers from extremely sensitive skin and therefore we need to keep it cut short. She'll look a little bit silly for the next week or so until it grows a bit longer but it does make her feel better. Will pop down to our local pet shop this afternoon and buy her a coat - poor thing!

This is my favourite tree in the recreation ground across the road from my house. It's colours are wonderful at the moment and I wanted to try and capture them but I don't feel that this picture does it justice really.
