moving cows

We spent the day traveling the countryside around Lancaster, PA. The weather was perfect with clear blue skies and the countryside was absolutely stunning. This is farm country. From a distance the landscape is a patchwork of farms. Some of the fields are freshly plowed, some are newly planted with perfect rows of little green sprouts and some are freshly cut hay. I blipped these cows as we passed by. There's not a lot of room on the little country roads to pull over, so some shots are taken on the fly. But well worth the effort.
