rising from the deep?

With the grim determination that only kids show, James was determined that he was going to use the swimming pool, even though it was decidedly chilly (the weather at mums hasn't been good in the last few weeks so the pools haven't heated up to summer temperature yet - when we go in august, its like getting into a bath)

He's turned into a real water baby - confidence in abundance - jumping in and out - so the camera was set to continuous shooting and this little gem came out

so is it a miracle and he is rising from the deep, or is he sinking fast???
