"The sooner I finish this yoghurt, the sooner I can go and play with the 'oof "

Of course yoghurt comes from cows, or "cyows" as they are pronounced in a proper Fermanagh accent (which I used to have). I think this particular pronuciation of the letter 'C' is unique to this part of the world - it is also used in "cyar" or "Car".

We went to visit some "cyows" earlier at the local ice-cream farm - where they make delicious ice-cream straight from the Jersey herd.
