Sofa, So Good!

Only took 3 photos today and 2 were out of focus so THIS is what you get.

My head is nipping! Not just because of my cold, (BTW I have stopped taking the cough medicine. Don't think it agreed with me!!) but because today we have been choosing sofas for our new house.

This sounds like a lovely task and it is, but when you've been round a load of furniture places and are no further forward, the novelty of flopping on to cushions in search of that perfect telly watching / reading position, kinda wears off!

Anyhoo, today we headed east to Ocean Terminal to have a gander at what the Sofa Workshop had to offer. As we weren't sure we would actually see anything we liked, we didn't really give ourselves a lot of time. We also took D's sis Ele with us, which proved a good move as when it comes to making choices she is not a ditherer. Several sofas were dismissed by a - are you mad?! - glance from Ele, no words required! :))

In the end it turned out to be relatively easy. We found exactly what we're looking for. Just the fabric to decide on now.....and I thought choosing the sofa was hard!!!

D's heading out shortly for a chinese takeaway and I don't plan on venturing further than the sofa.
