Pondering herbs

We visited the Apple Fayre in West Kilbride today, run by the local community transition group. My mum had a herb table there - this is her looking thoughtfully over her wares (all the product of her garden and green fingers, by the way).

It was really enjoyable, and as you'd expect, very foody - I came away with lovely cake, comb honey, chocolate and sausages, so I'll be undoing the belt soonish....

Shortie had her face painted, used a fancy apple coring/peeling/slicing device and learned how to make a witch with an apple. One happy girl.
