Outside in Tri

Up early and K and I headed to Wimborne, Dorset for our last triathlon of the year. The outside in tri is a bit of a twist on the norm, today it was 3mile run, 10mile bike and 200meter swim, instead of the opposite way round.

The conditions were great not too cold or wet. All went well for me finished according to my watch in 1hr 21mins, need to compare to earlier in the year when I did the same course.

Poor K had a puncher and J did really well, I was pleased, actually overtook people on the bike and run, a first!

Think I'm going to really ache tomorrow after yesterday and today's antics.
