Halloween is on the doorstep

and haunting us outside shops it seems.
Uncle Fester hunted us down outside M&S and took a liking to Adam (I have to say I think Adam quite liked him). They had a chat and some photos and then Fester gave Adam a leaflet advertising a competition to find some pictures in shop windows which we duly went and found and in return Adam got a nice Batty wind up torch which will come in handy on the next scout camp.
This year we're foregoing the usual party and Adam and Oliver are off to Zombie hunt at Battlezone and Alice is having a couple of friends for a sleepover and a DVD night (Scared Shrekless is waiting for their attention). I guess I'll still have to hold the annual sweetie hunt.
