Cream Cookies???

Today Kristi, Jacob and I had an adventure on our bus ride from Ndola to Lusaka. Before leaving I had a vision of this bus ride as a "mini vacation" because Kristi told me that they play movies and there is great air conditioning. However this bus ride was no vacation. It was HOT, no air, loud music, kids screaming, and on top of that I think the bus was having some mechanical problems. We were swaying back and forth the entire ride. However, we made the best of it and had a great laugh. We even enjoyed a long round of monopoly. We stopped along the way and got chocolate cream cookies, but as you can see they were missing the cream. Our Lusaka adventure is off to great start looking forward to what the next few days will bring!
