Getting started!

Today Jelling Musikfestival started for real!

Breakfast delivered at the tent, real luxury.

The weather was too warm already at 9 in the morning.

We started the day by going shopping. Needed extra food, water and a bag to keep things a little cool. Found a pizza place with a cooled back yard, so got a little something to eat. Slept some when we got back to the camp, since I only had 3 hours sleep in the night... what a joy it is to have teenage girls as next door neighbours.

Went to see Volbeats concert. I'm not very much into Volbeat, but I must say it was a great concert. They included the audience pretty much all the way and at the end of their concert they even picked close to 20 people to join them on stage. On the left in the picture it's Johan from Magtens Korridorer who is singing with them on the song The Gardens Tale.

I also very much enjoyed the TV-2 concert, as it's a band I've listened to pretty much my entire life, they joined in the winter 1980/1981, when I was 4 years old, so I don't remember them not being there. TV-2 are always great and it was awsome to stand there in the summer night with thousands of other people who also grew up listening to them and all know the lyrics.

I wanted to blip TV-2 but the picture was taken after midnight and I really wanted the sleeping guys picture as my saturday blip.
