Day 19. 365grateful - health
I came home tonight with a really bad headache verging on a migraine in the front left of my head. I went to bed at 9pm after taking two neurofen, drinking lots of water and using the eyebrights on cotton wool over my eyes (that really works by the way). I guess it's only when you don't feel too well that you appreciate your health. A friend of mine has breast cancer and I saw her on facebook discussing whether she should choose a wig or a scarf and mentioning that her veins ached. So today I am grateful for a headache, even if it is a bad one.

The 365 Grateful Project
In early 2008, in an effort to fight depression, Hailey Bartholomew started a year long photographic project which involved taking one Polaroid photo a day of something she felt grateful for.
I thought that this was such a fab idea I would do it as well. I have been blipping on and off recently but I lost my enthusiasm for it when I felt that every day was the same, always going to the same place. However, I think that documenting something I am grateful for each day gives it a different slant.
