I woke up today feeling a bit groggy and then, at 8.45 almost precisely I suddenly felt awful, realised I had some kind of cold virus and took some medicine and went back to bed. The afternoon has been marginally better but mainly because I've done sod all. I'll be off to bed early tonight I think!
