Street art?

This lady was sat down a little side street making rather arty bits and pieces out of old pieces of junk left laying around on the streets.

Pieces included a necklace made out of old cotton reels and a bracelet made from old fish bones!!

She then started to smoke a substance through a bottle with a tube attached ... I felt it best to leave her creating. ;-) xx
