Late October Sunrise

This has to be one of the worst weeks of the year for morning rising. (that's not true actually - the whole period from mid December through to mid January are just as bad) I hate having to crawl out of my bed in the dark. It somehow seems unnatural.

In this neck of the woods it can be closer to nine in deepest darkest winter before there is a suitable amount of light. This week is just a wee taster of that before the clocks go back an hour and we are given a few weeks reprieve.

This is the morning light at around 8 am. As you can see the sun is just wakening - and this is one of the better days this week as there was no low rain bearing cloud :) I liked the little reflection of the sun on the water of the Eden estuary (there may even be a bank of mist beyond)

A good day working in Perth for a change in the morning and then back home late afternoon to finish off a web audit report for a client. Enough for one day I think.

And.....tomorrow is Friday :)
