Just picked Alana up from the train station. Its 11pm now, so a late night. Sounds like she had a great time in London. I get the impression she really liked the visit to the CBBC studios. She's in the bath now and I can hear her saying she can't wait to see Louis' face when she gives him the present she got him, a couple of Lego minifigures. Its nice that she thinks of him whenever she goes away - she always gets him something with her spending money.

The picture is of her bright green top, which they all had made for the trip. Partly to keep track of the them I imagine, but must also make them feel part of the group on a special visit.

Speaking of the train, it is odd that you can now get a train direct from Pontefract to London. People have campaigned for it to happen (like Mr Cookson, my old maths teacher and railway enthusiast) and recently it did with a new train company Grand Central. The one thing We didn't get is the new train station which is a shame. Its also a shame it costs so much on the train but when going to London it beats driving!

Oh, Louis went to a Laser Zone party where they all play a couple of games of shooting each other with light guns followed by food. Louis came 31st and 30th of about 33. He proudly showed me his scorecard and I said wow, you did really well!
