Early Scare

I hoped to get an early bike ride in today for an hour or so but it didn't happen. I really need to get some miles into my legs so that I can get back into riding to work. Instead I made poached eggs on toast for everyone and put up some coat hooks.

I've just taken this photo. L is taking the kids to a Halloween party organised by swimming club. Alana is stood next to me as I write this, her blood still drying. My next task before they go is to sew some of Alana's clothes together. I'd better go find a needle and thread!
