Walsingham

We went on a little village trip to Walsingham to round the holiday off. The local churches all had flower displays on so we walked around and had a look at those. The village itself was chock full of historic buildings (as can be seen here!) and the street layouts were almost original. We had our sandwiches in a hospitable Methodist church and explored the local "Christian" shrine (though it was more like some sort of Buddhist temple!)

It's back to Sussex tomorrow... unfortunately I seem to have misplaced the photos for the 16th so there'll be a gap in my blips! Grr. Oh well there's always next year.
