Ely Cathedral

We went to Ely to visit the cathedral today. This was the last bit we looked at - it wasn't even signposted! The organisation of the place was pretty terrible really but still a very impressive place.

Believe it or not all this ornate masonry is over 1,000 years old! We've never seen anything like it and we've been to a few of these places. It should have been their main attraction but nooo... ah well. At least I spotted it!
