In October?

Looks like our first major snow event is quite early this year. I think we have had about 10 inches so far and after a few short outages the power has now been out for over an hour.

So early in the season means that with the leaves still on the trees and the ground still sodden from all the rain there will be a lot of downed trees and therefore power lines. Ah well... Guess we'll be cold and dark tonight.

The weather forecast earlier was saying we are gonna get another 5-8 tonight.
