Kaiteriteri to Westport

A classic 'Gap Yah' photo. But guess what....I absolutely LOVE this photo. It was our first actual sunny day and we had all morning on the beach at Kaiteriteri.

We went Jet Boating today....MENTAL! I had no idea it was so extreme, I thought it was just a ride on a speed boat! It's like a ride on a speed boat, that's been powered by rocket fuel and is being driven by a lunatic! 360 degree turns at speed and power slides.

The drive today took us through the Able Tasman National Park, and a look at what New Zealand looked like before the arrival of man. Everything was covered in bush, except for the very tops of the mountains. Looks like the Jurassic Park set!
