Where Progress is Measured in Pints

Today I went to the football. United played Exeter City and just before half time we were 2-0 down thanks to some poor defending and profligate attacking. We pulled a goal back on half time, then we went 3-2 up midway through the second half, before more poor defending let the Grecians equalise. With 5 minutes to go we went 4-3 up, only for them to equalise a minute later thanks to more calamitous defending.

That's three weekends running we've thrown away a win in the dying minutes. Those points would've left us 2nd, 2 points off top spot and ahead of Wednesday. They could be crucial points dropped at the end of the season - Where Progress is Measured in Points.
