The Stadium

Not quite in the league of Wembley, but then it is nearly 2000 years old. Most people stop here for only a few minutes. They read the sign, walk into the stadium, look about and then leave. A few more imaginative souls stay long enough to encourage their travelling companions (be they children or adults) to re-enact the Games...whilst they, of course, take the obligatory blip (although I've yet to see one on here!) before also departing.

Daizy and I come here about 4 times a week. Her favourite walks are in the "bondu" (bush, scrubland) which surrounds the stadium. The area has a number of tracks and they are wide enough for me to be able to detect any sticks that move well in advance!...yes, we do have snakes and some are quite poisonous, can even be deadly to dogs! Quite a few of my blips have been taken around here, including yesterdays.

Well, as Zebedee said, "Time for bed!", have a good night everybody and remember tomorrow is Friday and the weekend is nigh!
