Last night I went to see an old school friend who called on me whilst I was bathing the kids. He's in a pretty bad way and there is very little I can do to help him in that sense. He can also be very annoying at times, but as an old friend who needs someone to talk to from days when things were different, I think I should see him from time to time. I got in very late though...too late to get up early for a bike ride!
