Roasty toasty

We just got the fire going good, about to put fresh ice in the fridge, my dad went out to get more wood and batteries, and the power is on. Yay!

The downside? My poor pc is fried. Won't even turn on now. Because the power surged so bad before we lost it on Saturday. 50 hours without power .. and my pc is dead. Joy.

*note* an hour after getting this blip all set up..the power is out again. They estimate it to be back on within the hours of midnight and six am. Awesome. So much for a relaxed night. *sigh* though school is cancelled again, giving 2fish a little extra time to finish her book report ..
