Happy Halloween!

This afternoon many neighborhoods in Portland forgot about their troubles, put aside their economic and political woes, ignored the misting rain, and went out to play with their children on wet streets spattered with falling leaves. This group had swathed their children in feathers and pom-poms and appeared to be indulging delicious fantasies.
