Out Skerries
Another wonderful day on Whalsay!
John, Ann and I went for a walk down to the shore, along the cliffs and back over the moors. Although it was dull and threatening rain at the beginning, the sun came out and the views changed completely.
It was difficult to decide which photo to blip - a nice problem! - but in the end, with Ann's help I picked this one of the sea crashing and retreating from the angled rocks. In the distance the Out Skerries can be seen - I seem to be drawn to these remote places.
