Vital Signs

Evening all,

Been a bit busy with matters domestic and matters professional at the moment and having a bit of a 'busman's holiday' with hospital visiting in the evening to see a befuddled and muddled pater.

This sign made me chuckle a bit when i saw it this morning so i thought i'd share it with you, its lovely to see such politeness isn't it. I wonder if they would've left him an early Christmas tip as well!
