A Million to One

It was either this or an advert i saw for a watch,which was being advertised in a Christmas catalogue as being " Accurate to 1 second in a million years"....

I suppose thats fair enough isn't it. I mean, its not like i'll still have the receipt if i need to take it back in a 100,000 years,

actually receipts don't last for more than a week in my house at the best of times so i shan't worry.

I'd be interested to see if the call centre was still active after all that length of time, although knowing how call centres work, it may be prudent to start ringing now, because i bet i'll still be on hold come the dawn of the new millennia....
