Another night shot, because two in a row just seemed right, and I was doing some work until it got dark anyway. Today was a miserable grey day, where the ground was always wet like it had just rained, and the sky always looked like it was about to start pouring, yet it never really rained the whole day. Totally mystifying.
After night fell, it was more of the same, and just in the last couple ours the mist started to come down the slopes from Frognerseteren towards the city proper, where it acquired this eerie orange hue from the streetlights around Ullevål Stadion.
This picture comes from the footbridge over the highway near Ullevål. I've tried to get a good shot of this bridge repeatedly in the several months I've been in Oslo, but tonight I'm finally pleased with a shot from the bridge. I like how impressive it looks amidst the orange haze and how the dark shadowy figure making its way across is holding what appears to be the ghost of some vicious farm implement.
