Happy signs

This is L signing "cat". Wednesdays are my favourite day of the week because on Wednesdays we get to go to baby sign group. We both LOVE it and I cannot believe the difference it makes to her ability to communicate with us. She's even started putting a few signs together so make mini sentences. What a super insight to have into what is going through a month old's mind. Without being a bore I'll just give one example. Everyday we go to see the horses in the field near the school. Yesterday we went there and the horses we not there for some reason. Maybe they were being walked (is that whats its called?), I don't know, but L was able to sign "where horse". So thats how I know she had noticed the horses were missing. cool ay?

On our way to group I drive past a house that would give me the most awesome blip, although the few times I stopped the car and got my camera ready, the 'feature' I wanted to capture wasn't there. Today, I didnt bother getting my camera out and guess what? there it was in perfect glory. I contemplated turning round but we would have been late, so I drove past after group and it was gone. All sounds a bit vague and misterious Im sure, but hopefully next week that blip will be mine!

Finally went to GP and got some drugs for my achy kidneys. Back to running tomo ;-)
