Lady in Waiting

These legs and pretty shoes belong to my beautiful daughter, Becky. After school today she decided to change into her party shoes, which she bought with her birthday money, but has hardly worn them out of the house as I don't let her!

The scary bit is that she's only 7 and just seeing her sitting with her legs crossed like this suddenly made her look so grown up. I needed to crop her knees out due to the sheer number of bumps, bruises and grazes. She's still a little girl, after all.
