Self Portrait

So, today I finally got my Colour Me Beautiful consultation which Hubby had bought for me as a pressie last Christmas. I really enjoyed it and discovered that I have Warm/Soft/Light colouring and am now the proud owner of a lovely book with swatches of 42 colours which are the best shades for me to wear.

Also included was a make-up consulation. I don't wear much make-up - a flick of eyeliner, a sweep of mascara and a smudge of lipstick - so I really enjoyed finding out which colours I should be wearing and I even bought myself a couple of new eyeshadows to persuade me to put a bit more colour on.

This is me after I'd arrived home, having stopped off to do the weekly shop at Tesco on the way.

A word to the wise - don't try and set up a SP while cooking dinner - we had burnt sausages tonight :-/
