So, down supporting the 5k Parkrun at Cramond again this morning. Here's the evidence that all those hale and hearty folk who have cycled down to complete the run will have to cycle back home again. Even worse, though, entrants are spotted running down to the foreshore to complete the 5k run. They will surely have to run back home again... my camera lens steams over at the thought.
