MOOSE ANYONE?

OR HARE, QUAIL, VENISON OR VEAL

A leaflet came through the door this morning from Lidl. Idly skimming through it I noticed that their Christmas meat offerings include quail, venison, veal. hare and moose. A very exotic selection bearing in mind that the nearest Lidl is not located in an affluent part of this area. Maybe moose will find its way on to someone's Christmas table. Wonder what it tastes like? Will it go down well? Think I will give it a miss.
