Something warming & healing - a bowl of miso s
I haven't given up cooking entirely. Am a complete convert to the superb range of naturally fermented miso's made by Source Foods (S. Wales), particularly their ginger, and chilli flavours.
Gently simmered some shitake mushrooms and seaweed. Off the heat, added grated carrots, finely chopped spring onions, dulse and the miso. Garnished with sprouted broccoli. Perfect to come home to after a cold spell outside.
