Values

Your family and your experiences influence the values that you have as a person. For me the values I place highly above any others are loyalty, commitment and trust. When people break those values I find it a struggle to deal with them.

I know someone who places honesty above anything else. They were in a managerial position and redundancies were being made, and were told to remain silent until an official announcement was made. However, they were asked by their team if anything was going in and they had to say. A difficult situation when ultimately they were breaking the trust of those that had told them.
