Misty...

Misty day, the radio dj was telling all drivers in the morning to put there fog lights on or at least have there headlights on. That kind of advice really annoys me, no mention of the fact that it is illegal to have your fog lights on unless the viability is less than 100 yards. The viability was at least 300 yards, do drivers no know how blinding there fog lights are?
