Sunday...

Mike & went for our Sunday walk. We went to the wood to feed some squirrels and then off to a walk by the river Nith, it was rather cold and the frost had not lifted in places from the night before. I got a rather sore left foot about 500 yards from the car which was lucky really, it would have been no fun half way round the path. On our walk we went to an old grave yard with huge head stones, some had fallen over with age and were being taken over by big trees. It was a lovely peaceful place and looked rather magic in a somber sort of way with all the Autumn colours.

Then it was time for the weekly shopping and chilling out.
