Peat forest

Today we travelled up the river into the peat swamp forest. it is so badly degraded that there are no large trees left (although we are going to plant some).

This was at the tiny port village we left from, the colours looked so good in the sun! Although the sun had the opposite effect on my colour. I am now a fetching shade of red.
