Lake Wooloweyah

A very pleasant walk beside the lake in the late afternoon restored my inner peace (well almost).

Lake Wooloweyah is a 24 sq kilometre tidal lake bordered by Yuraygir National Park and is a significant nursery for fish, crab and prawn species. There is a small settlement on one section but most of it is untouched.
