Storm Damage

The snow storm brought 20 inches. This is crazy no one is ready for all this snow yet let alone 20 inches. We still don't have power but we aren't alone. There are more than 30,000 MetEd and over 30,000 PPL customers without power. There are trees and power lines down everywhere. Transformers were blowing up because they keep trying to divert power and they just can't handle the load. We live in a really rural area with lots of woods so lots of trees down making it really dangerous for traveling. Needless to say we couldn't even get out of our driveway until we cleared the few trees and branches that came down. Then the lane we live on was another issue. But I still keep saying it just looks so pretty but I'm sure we will all tire of it quickly.
