I enjoyed today, well most of it anyway. There was gonna be a big blip but then I reflected and thought a wee one was sufficient!

I took millions of piccies today at a staff coaching session, but this one of Marshall was my fav! I've got loads of time for MT.....he has a baldy heid and a beard just like me too! Genuinely lovely guy, even though he talks too much!

I went to North Tea Power and had a great NTP espresso blend! Wayne nailed it tonight....honey and chocolate, with just a hint of acidity. Best in weeks.
