Being a Film Star

It's late so a wee blip tonight.

Some of the gang from work and I volunteered to be extras for a Gillette commercial with Chris Hoy riding around the track tonight! It was fun for 10 minutes but 5 hours later it had become a bit tedious. We had a laugh though and should get £50 for our efforts.

I was the victim on work's website today.....the aim is to show how loads of us ride our bikes to work and that we are typical commuters! It is cool how its sometimes difficult to get a space in the bike room as there are so many people that ride in... we are the governing body of the sport I suppose.

My blip is of the derny store. These little beauties are used in track cycling's equivalent of Ben Hur chariot racing, the keirin race. Have a wee look on youtube if you've never seen a keirin!
