Philadelphus

At a particular stage of opening the Philadelphus flowers are square. Makes a change.

It was a very dark and wet day. This is the wettest spring we have had in a long while. Grass and weeds are growing tall, but the soil is always too soggy to work. I haven't sown any seeds because I can't prepare the ground. What's left of the various green vegetables in the greenhouse is bent on flowering.
