New town

TIme goes by fast as it's a decade ago that greenhouses were here and then soon after had to be taken down for the construction of a new part of town where people would be able to buy a luxurious appartment or a terraced house to live as such are on most peoples wantinglist - ofcourse houses for those with small incomes had to be realised in this new town as well and was, but in small numbers tho'.

However this blip shows houses that were realised in the recent past and are meant for the middle class and up - in the west part of the country lots and houses are far more expensive cause employability is concentrated over here.

The waters here are a reconstruction of an old riverlet (Gantel) and now flow into the canal that's there since poldering started in the 15th century. Some milestones were found on this spot too, it were the Romans that planted them some 2000 years ago. So these old wetlands have been tooled with by men for ages and still are
