All I got to see today

well nearly, got the kids back from swimming but that was as much as I stayed outside today.

Spent afternoon in bed, looking at the glorious blue sky while the kids and B walked up Blackford Hill and back again, having a brilliant time.

I managed to sleep for two hours and watched a bit of "Frozen Planet", great, great filming and wonderful to listen to Attenborough's voice.
