A Tower of Strength

During the winter months of less than adequate sunlight, it seems that these two tubs are my tower of strength.

I do wonder if, like winter tyres, they keep me strong and grounded through the winter - or if they, perhaps like winter tyres, just make it all a big bit easier...in my mind?

Whatever, I will have a better winter with them than without them! I denied for years that I suffered from SAD but when I self confessed I had to do something about it!

My philosophies in life are:-
*you will never change what you are prepared to tolerate
AND
* any fool can be uncomfortable!
