daisy has had an ace day with her mate anya today - anya actually got daisy away from the telly, whoop!

it was a dark, murky day - but a walk round the bypass with diane, karen and the kids gave me a much needed blast of fresh air. sitting hunched over painting for months can't be doing me much good. perhaps a run might be in order soon.
