Tuesday: Hmmm.......

Well, I think that it is safe to say that something has gone horribly wrong with my Christmas Cake.

I was expecting to show you a perfectly formed fruitcake, oozing with fruit, flavour and attractiveness.  Instead, here is a burnt frazzle of a misshapen biscuit, not even worthy of the name 'cake'.  At it's deepest point, it is about 1 cm!  No-one is going to thank me for a slice of that......

Back to the drawing board.  Off to soak some more fruit......*drags sorry little feet into kitchen*.......

P.S.  I know what I did.....I used the measurements for an 18cm tin.....my tin is 23cm.  Grrr!!!!!
