Mixing the salad dressing
I'm not a raw vegetables person, but I want to change that. So, to make salads more attractive, when eating at home, I'm trying more elaborate (as in, something more than olive oil) dressings.
Last week I made a lemon-based dressing that was acceptable, but I prefer the one that I made tonight.
It's quite simple, just a mix of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, crushed black pepper, salt and oregano. The vegetables were almost delicious. Almost.
